Order fulfillment

Orders paid by 12:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

If the shipping time is extended due to the large number of orders, we will inform you by email.

Personal pickup at the Milo store

Orders placed on milo.pl can be collected in person at our stationary store in Dąbrowa Górnicza at Łączna Street 39. Staircase A, ground floor, on the left.

The store is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Once we confirm that your order is ready for in-store pickup, you will receive an email invitation.

How do I collect my order?

Please have the following information ready upon pickup:

• Order number
• Name and surname of the person for whom the order was placed
• E-mail address used to log in to www.milo.pl

If someone else is to pick up your order, please provide them with the above details.

Payment upon personal collection

In our stationary store you can pay:

• Cash
• By payment card
• BLIK

Unclaimed orders are canceled after 7 days.
