The Data Controller processes the following personal data provided by the User during account registration or order placement:

  • First and last name,
  • Home address or delivery address,
  • Phone number,
  • E-mail address,
  • For businesses: Tax Identification Number (NIP).

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing orders and performing the sales agreement – for the period necessary to complete the transaction.
  • Managing and operating the customer account in the online store – for as long as the User holds an account.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations, including tax and accounting regulations – for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired.
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – until the claims become time-barred.
