3. Scope of Personal Data Processed

The Data Controller processes the following personal data provided by the User during account registration or order placement:

  • First and last name,
  • Home address or delivery address,
  • Phone number,
  • E-mail address,
  • For businesses: Tax Identification Number (NIP).

4. Purpose and Retention Period

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing orders and performing the sales agreement – for the period necessary to complete the transaction.
  • Managing and operating the customer account in the online store – for as long as the User holds an account.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations, including tax and accounting regulations – for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired.
  • Establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – until the claims become time-barred.

The website uses profiling (including via cookies) in order to tailor the content and marketing offers displayed to the User to their interests and preferences. This profiling does not result in automated decision-making that would produce legal effects concerning the User or similarly significantly affect them.
