Gelanots® The membrane created in Japan quickly gained the trust of enthusiasts of the latest generation fabrics worldwide. In our collection, we use several variations of it:
• 3-layer Ultralight (3U, 77g/m2) highly breathable (56000g/m2/24h) and waterproof (20000mm/H2O), combining the outer ripstop layer with a “breathable” and waterproof membrane protected by a knit fabric layer.
• 3-layer Stretch (3S, 100g/m2), with parameters similar to the 3U version, incorporating elastic fibers.
• 3-layer (3L, 100g/m2) with very high waterproofness (up to 20000mm/H2O) and breathability (up to 20000g/m2/24h).
The result of using the Gelanots® membrane is effective moisture wicking away from the body, thus preventing condensation from forming on the inside. Furthermore, Gelanots® laminates do not rely on the phenomenon of micropores, which means that their windproof, waterproof, and breathable properties hardly diminish even with prolonged use.
Aquatex ™ is a group of various fabrics laminated with a microporous polyurethane membrane. This membrane combines two opposing properties; on one hand, the micro pores in the polyurethane are smaller than water molecules, making Aquatex waterproof and windproof. On the other hand, these pores are significantly larger than water vapor molecules generated by the body during physical activity. This allows for effective moisture wicking away from the body and its evaporation into the surroundings. This phenomenon, commonly known as fabric breathability, helps maintain the natural microclimate of the body by reducing the sensation of overheating and the discomfort caused by moisture buildup between clothing and the skin.
In our collection, we use several variations of it:
Aquatex 10/10™ – a 2-layer laminate with enhanced waterproofing and breathability properties. The lightweight yet highly durable outer material is combined with the Aquatex membrane, providing waterproofing above 10,000mm/H2O and breathability at a level of 10,000g/m2/24h.
Aquatex L2C ™ – a very lightweight material with a unique two-layer structure. The outer surface is made of lightweight RipStop fabric. Laminated with it, the Aquatex membrane, which acts as a breathable and waterproof barrier, is coated with a special polymer layer that protects it from tearing and abrasion, replacing the mesh lining. The result of these properties is an extremely lightweight clothing made from Aquatex L2C.
Softshell 3LF – a waterproof and highly breathable soft fabric composed of 3 layers of materials, meeting the demands of the most discerning users. The outer flexible layer offers breathability and freedom of movement. The middle layer – Aquatex 10/10 – is a waterproof and breathable membrane. The inner layer consists of a soft but durable fleece that serves as both thermal insulation and a moisture-wicking layer, efficiently transporting moisture generated during physical activity.
Softhshell 3LF Light – a lighter version of the SoftShell 3LF fabric.
Softshell 2LF – a two-layer laminate consisting of an outer, flexible fabric combined with an inner fleece layer. 2LF provides warmth, freedom of movement, wind protection, and breathability.
Softshell 2LHL – This is SoftShell 2LF finished with long-haired fleece (HighLoft), providing added warmth.
Primaloft® Sport is a combination of excellent thermal insulation with low weight. The fiber production technology combines ultra-fine and multi-dimensional fibers to achieve specific characteristics. Specially impregnated ultra-thin fibers create structures responsible for insulation, while their multi-dimensional counterparts create a thermally active layer. PrimaLoft® is currently one of the best alternatives to natural down. Material created for NASA’s needs.
Polartec® Thermal Pro® Recycled is a group of fabrics made from polyester fibers with excellent thermal insulation properties. While retaining heat, it also transports moisture to the outside. It is very soft and allows the skin to breathe naturally. This fabric does not change its external appearance and is exceptionally resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. Recycled polyester fibers were used to produce the fabric
Polartec® 200 Classic is a versatile, durable fleece fabric with a weight of 200g/m2. It’s very warm, soft, breathable, quick-drying, resistant to multiple mechanical washes, and pilling.
Polartec® 100 Micro is a lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying fabric with excellent thermal properties. The fibers are characterized by a dense structure, durability, and resistance to abrasion, preserving their thermal properties even after prolonged use. Polartec® 100 Micro ensures comfort in any conditions.
Polartec® Delta™ is a fabric designed to optimize the body’s natural cooling process: sweating. The side in contact with the skin targets moisture-wicking and quick drying, keeping moisture in motion without actively cooling the body. Delta™ works more efficiently by reducing the surface area in contact with the body, increasing airflow, distributing moisture more quickly, and reducing the sensation of stickiness when damp.
NanoqPile is a fleece fabric with excellent thermal properties. It effectively wicks moisture, dries quickly, and the unique structure of polyester microfibers enhances breathability.
NanoqPile 1 – lightweight and highly flexible fabric suitable for both first and second layer garments. It breathes well and offers decent insulation.
NanoqPile 2 – medium-weight fleece fabric with excellent thermal properties. It effectively wicks moisture, dries quickly, and the unique structure of polyester microfibers enhances breathability. The 2B version is further enriched with bamboo fibers.
NanoqPile WP – a durable and lightweight fabric with excellent windproof characteristics. Its low weight and good thermal properties make it suitable for sportswear production for physically active individuals.
Extendo – an elastic fabric with a strong outer layer. The inner layer effectively wicks moisture to the surface of the garment. Made from a combination of polyamide and elastic fibers (92%/8%). Extendo is quick-drying, highly elastic, durable, and lightweight, making it an excellent choice for trekking clothing production.
Other versions:
• Extendo ST: a thicker and warmer version of Extendo fabric. Increased fiber density and warmer internal finish make this fabric particularly suitable for lower temperatures, providing better wind and cold protection. Used for producing clothing for intense activities like ski touring, climbing, etc.
• Extendo WN: has a thicker, warmer inner finish for use in colder conditions.
• Extendo LT: a lighter, thinner version of Extendo fabric used for making summer and spring season pants. Provides greater thermal comfort at high temperatures while retaining the elasticity and durability of Extendo fabric.
• Extendo CL: a lightweight version of Extendo, designed for climbing pants.
Supplex® – a fabric created by Invista that combines the softness and structure of cotton with all the best qualities of nylon. It’s resistant to abrasion and tearing and is breathable. Used for production, thin nylon fibers make it up to 30% softer than standard polyamide fabrics.
Supplex® Stretch – a more elastic version of Supplex with the same properties as the standard version.
Eclipse is a lightweight, anti-pilling fabric made from polyester fibers that excels at managing moisture by absorbing it and transferring it away from the body to the next layers of clothing.
