Return of Goods
Within 14 days from the moment of receipt, the consumer has the right to return the item.
Without giving any reasons, and to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiration. We will confirm its receipt promptly. The consumer is obliged to return the item to the seller without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
- The returned goods should be in an unchanged condition. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- If the product being returned has not been previously sent, please include the completed withdrawal form (available for download below) along with your bank account number or mailing details. Within 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement, we will promptly transfer the refunded amount for the returned items, along with the delivery costs, to the consumer. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or until the consumer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
- The consumer returns the goods that are the subject of the agreement from which they withdrew at their own cost and risk. We do not accept shipments sent COD (Cash on Delivery).
Product Exchange
After prior arrangement, customers of our store can exchange a purchased product (e.g. size, color) within the same model. To proceed with an exchange, please get in touch with us (via email, phone) to discuss the exchange conditions and confirm the availability of the desired replacement product.
After confirming the exchange, please securely package the item and send it to the address of our store:

The cost of shipping the returned or exchanged item to the seller is borne by the buyer.
Upon receiving the shipment, the exchange is promptly processed and sent back to the buyer. The cost of sending the exchanged product back is borne by the seller.
Return of goods…
1/ Download the return form provided above, then print it out and complete the fields with the appropriate information. You have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to successfully withdraw from the contract by sending it back.
2/ You can also send the statement along with the returned item. The returned goods should be in an unchanged condition. Please, if possible, include the proof of purchase – the receipt – with the shipment.
3/ Please send the package at your own expense (we do not accept shipments with cash on delivery), to the address:

4/ The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the provided bank account promptly, no later than
than within 14 days from the day of receiving the statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of their return, whichever is the earliest.
Exchange of Goods…
1/ Before proceeding with the exchange of goods, please
contact our company’s representative in advance.
2/The item in its original condition should be packed along with the receipt and the previously filled-out form, along with the information about the product for which the exchange is intended.
3/ Please send the package at your own expense (we do not accept shipments with cash on delivery), to the address:

4/ The exchanged item will be sent at the expense of the seller immediately upon receiving the shipment.
