Biography

I started my adventure with the mountains in 2015. by achieving the Crown of Polish Mountains, and later I completed other crowns: Crown of the Karkonosze Mountains, Crown of the Ślęża Massif, Crown of the Opava Mountains, Crown of the Polish Tatras… Currently, I am also pursuing several other crowns, including the Crown of the Sudetes and the Tatra Two-Thousanders.
However, the biggest challenge for me is the Crown of Europe, which I also started pursuing in 2015. I am progressively conquering new peaks (currently, I have 9 of them on my record, the highest peaks of countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Germany, Croatia). However, due to the nature of my job, I can’t participate in expeditions as often as I would like to.

I am a teacher by profession, so participating in larger expeditions is only possible during summer vacations and winter breaks. In my free time, I also climb on rocks and walls, and I engage in survival activities, which recently became my new passion.

Throughout the year, I take care of my physical fitness because I understand how important it is in the mountains. I am supported in this by participating in Crossfit classes, which I attend regularly, as well as running and the motivating participation in running races and obstacle course races.
